Vocation Directors Survey
We reached out directly to vocation directors across the United States, both diocesan and religious orders. These are the priests and leaders tasked with nurturing new vocations—and their insights were both inspiring and deeply candid. The majority shared these challenges:
They lack time
Most have multiple roles and their roles is not full-time.
They lack resources
Many have minimal budgets for outreach or materials.
They lack digital tools
Few have access to training or content for online evangelization.
They feel alone
They often lack sufficient support, in part because they are too few priests.
